Staticure® is a division of Alpha Innovations, Inc. For over 30 years, Staticure’s Founder, Bill Larkin, has been bringing his enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and innovative spirit to the challenges of static elimination.

The Staticure® products are being used by some of the most well-known manufacturers of machines and substrates including: Mimaki, Hp, andAGFA, to name a few.  For nearly 30 years, the company has sold its static eliminators worldwide, solving static problems for global brands such as3M, Kimberly Clark, and Avery Dennison.

The company’s primary focus has always been to develop innovative static eliminators that are both simple to use and effective. Because all industries are continuously evolving, along with the equipment and machinery being used in them, Alpha Innovation has always provided innovative, new products that have evolved right along with the equipment and machines.

For this reason, the company’s list of long-time customers include names like 3M and Avery Dennison.

In 1984, Mr. Larkin founded Alphastat Company, a consulting group which developed static control solutions for manufacturers in the computer industry. Working with Digital Equipment Corporation, Alphastat developed a comprehensive static control program for field service operations which resulted in a savings of $28 million per year in reduced product failure rates due to static.

StopStatic.com (a division of Alpha Innovation, Inc.) was founded in 1996 to develop innovative static solutions that are easy for people to implement and use.  With a multitude of customers in the Digital Printing Industry, the company has now expanded into Wide Format Digital Printing, with the newly formed Staticure division.

The anti static technology of Alpha Innovation represents a dramatic improvement over other anti static products used in Wide Format Digital Printing, such as the electric static bar, the static brush, static ionizers, and copper tinsel.  This is because the products are so small that they can be installed in tiny gaps where static develops between the machines and the substrates, which are inaccessible to traditional anti static products. The company’s innovative approaches and products eliminate static electricity in environments where other anti static products fail to perform.
